Proper site preparation and scan sequence are planned ahead of any Industrial Scans.

 

 

3D Laser Scanning, Cloud Point Processing and 3D Modeling of Scanned Data

 

Scans are post processed and final registration and processing carried out thereafter using the appropriate Scan software as applicable to the scanner used. The cloud data is transformed in to 3D models which can be used for further processing and analysis.

 

 

Risk Management - the Effect of Uncertainty on Objectives

 

Scan Data Transformed in to Virtual 3D Models accurate to 1mm can be utilized for effective Risk Management - where you will identify, evaluate,  assess and prioritize risks for the plant or equipment and use the Data for Plant repair and replacement, modify or upgrade Plant Design to meet the objectives set by the management.

 

Progress of Construction or Structural Installation can be monitored using Virtual 3D models created by 3D Laser Scanning at specific Intervals for managing activities  remotely utilizing Risk Management.
