Evaluate Design Parameters and Layouts

Project requirements are evaluated and proper methodology adopted on the basis of design and engineering parameters.

Engineering Design and Analysis using Belt Analyst

General Layouts are prepared from the preliminary data and the parameters are used as inputs to the Belt Analyst Software (by Overland Conveyor Co.) for Review and Analysis.

The Ultimate Analysis will produce the Design for the Conveyor and Engineering Drawings are prepared for Layouts for Client Review. 

Generation of GAs and Detail Design

Upon receipt of the Client approval final General Arrangement Drawings and Detail Design are carried out using 3D and 2D Engineering Software. 

Manufacturing  and Installation Drawings are generated and submitted for final client approval.
